As Patient Experience Coordinator, Aleksandra makes it her mission to ensure every visit feels welcoming, comfortable, and stress-free. Currently studying Medicine at Imperial College London with ambitions of becoming a surgeon, she brings the same curiosity and care she applies to her studies into her role at the practice.

Having spent most of her childhood in Blackpool and now living locally in Fulham, Aleksandra speaks fluent English and Polish along with conversational German, allowing her to connect easily with patients from different backgrounds. What she loves most about her role is building genuine relationships and creating a positive, friendly atmosphere from the moment patients walk through the door.

Outside of work and her studies, Aleksandra enjoys life to the fullest, whether that’s heading to music festivals, spending time with friends, or discovering new restaurants around London.
